Panacea Z follows the thrilling adventures of Rabi, a survivor of a crazy zombie apocalypse who was trying to steal a newly developed drug from the lab of an evil organization. Everything was going according to plan until she was knocked unconscious. When she woke up, the facility was invaded by zombies. You’ll guide her to safety, but escaping without rape is impossible. The zombies will gang up on Rabi and fill up her holes. Even if your health bar goes to zero and the zombie creampies pile up, the game won’t be over. You’ll just go through an interesting transformation and reach an alternate ending to this adventure.
